Day 1: Nairobi - Tsavo EastOpen
Depart Nairobi in the morning a drive to Tsavo East National Park arriving in time for lunch at one of the lodges or camp. Afternoon game drive to Aruba Dam and Mudanda Rock. Tsavo East is famous for red dust elephants, lion, cheetah, and over 500 bird species. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Approx Transit time: 5 hrs Meal plan: {Lunch, Dinner}
Days 2: Tsavo EastOpen
Day 2 : Tsavo East Early morning game drive when predators are active. Explore the vast plains, Galana River, and Voi River areas for elephant herds and buffalo. Return to lodge for brunch. Afternoon game drive searching for cheetah and lesser kudu. Tsavo’s sparse vegetation makes wildlife spotting easy. Overnight at lodge or camp. Meal plan: {Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner}
Day 3: Tsavo East - Tsavo WestOpen
After breakfast depart with a game drive en route to Tsavo West National Park arriving for lunch at lodge/camp. Afternoon game drive Search for leopard and elephant including a visit to Mzima Springs, view hippos and fish from underwater observation chamber. There are many attractions which time allowing, you will visit; Shetani Lava Flows, Chyulu Hills viewpoint, Lake Jipe, Ngulia Hills and roaring rocks viewpoint for sunset over the plains. Day 4: Tsavo West - Amboseli National ParkOpen
After breakfast drive to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. Amboseli sits at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro and is Kenya’s top park for elephant photography. Afternoon game drive. Amboseli National Park, a park famous for its big game and great scenic beauty whose entire landscape is dominated by Mt Kilimanjaro. Optional Maasai village visit. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Day 5: Amboseli National ParkOpen
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive at 6.30am, when you have the best chance to see the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro.The option of packed breakfast or late breakfast at the lodge/camp. Spend rest of the morning at leisure and then a late afternoon game drive, visit Enameshera Swamp and Observation Hill. Enjoy sight of giant elephant herds with Kilimanjaro backdrop if clouds clear. Day 6: Amboseli - nairobiOpen
Early morning game drive for best Kilimanjaro views and elephant activity. Return to lodge for breakfast then depart after breakfast and drive back via Emali town to Nairobi arriving approx. 13:00 hrs.
