Itinerary Highlights
Day 1
Start cycling safari 8:30am to 11:00am with guide, 10-15km among zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and gazelles on open plains. Ride past volcanic rock towers, geothermal steam vents, and raptor nesting raptors on cliffs. One of the few places in Africa for “bike safari”. Walk through narrow red-rock gorge carved by ancient floods. See natural hot springs, rock formations, and scenes from _The Lion King. 12:30 PM exit park and drive 20 minutes to shores of Lake Naivasha. Lunch at a scenic lakeside resort. Then after embark on 1hrs Lake Naivasha boat ride - spot hippos, fish eagles, kingfishers plus other excotic 400 bird species up close. Followed by a 2hrs Crescent Island walking safari, a private sanctuary. Walk safely among giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and waterbucks with zero predators. Perfect for photographers. Late afternoon drive back to Nairobi arriving approximately 7:00pm. Drop off at your hotel or JKIA for your onward flight.
